THIS IS MY H.WALLWORKS ENGINE Wallwork were active in the 1880s -1890s. they staked their claim to a place in model railway history with some unusual cast iron floor trains,circa 1890 Unusual in the use of cast iron by a British toy manufacturer,almost unknown,compared to their American contempories. H. Wallwork and Co of Redbank, Manchester. 1888 Produced the Sturgeon gas engine 1917 Advert for standard worm gears. Of Roger Street, Manchester 1919 Advert for standard worm gears. Of Roger Street, Manchester 1927 Water Pump for Eaton Park, Chester 1927 Advert for reducing gear.
